Artists' Circle Bray

Joan is originally from Williamstown in Co. Dublin, but is now living in Bray. She studied watercolour painting under local artist Val Byrne for several years in the 1980's. She also studied watercolour painting for 5 years under Kathy Saunders in UCD, and oil painting under Gerard O'Grady in Dundrum for 10 years.

She has taken glass fusion, glass blowing and pottery classes in Liverpool. She has exhibited in St. Stephen's Green and the People's Art Exhibition and also in Signal Arts Centre in Bray with the Artists' Circle. She has also exhibited in Bray Churches Together art exhibitions and on Bray Seafront during the summer months.
